This Privacy Policy explains how License Ninja collects and uses personal information when you visit the site, create an account, or use the service.

Information we collect

Account information such as name, email, and organization details. Authentication data from email/password, Google, or SSO. Usage and support messages you send us. Billing details are collected by Stripe; we store subscription and customer identifiers, not full card numbers.

Customer environment data

If you use the product, we store tenant, inventory, license, and related records you enter or sync. That data is processed to provide compliance and inventory features for your organization.

How we use information

We use personal information to operate the service, authenticate users, send transactional email (including password reset and invites), process billing, improve reliability, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information.

Processors

We use infrastructure and vendors needed to run the product, including hosting, database, authentication, email delivery, error monitoring, and Stripe for payments. Those vendors process data only to provide their services to us.

Retention

We keep account and organization records for as long as the account is active, then for a limited period needed for backups, billing disputes, and legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account by contacting us.

Your choices

You can update profile and organization settings in the app. You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing us. Marketing email is optional; transactional mail required to operate the account is not.
